Alica Best is a dedicated educator who earned her bachelor’s degree from Gordon State College and her master’s degree from Georgia Southern University. She holds endorsements in Gifted Education, Dyslexia, and Coaching. With a passion for supporting teachers and helping students succeed, she currently serves as the ELA Instructional Coach at Orrs Elementary School, where she works alongside teachers to strengthen literacy instruction, support student achievement, and bring the school’s Flight Plan to Life: High expectations, strong instruction, and meaningful literacy experiences for every student.

Jawanda Marshall is a dedicated educator who earned her bachelor’s degree from Kennesaw State University and her master’s degree from the University of West Georgia. She holds endorsements in Gifted Education and Instructional Coaching. With a passion for supporting teachers and helping students succeed, she currently serves as the Math Instructional Coach at Orrs Elementary School, where she works alongside teachers to strengthen instruction, support student achievement, and promote First Class Math and Science Instruction for every student, every day.
